SC: Clarify Doubts Over Forest-Environment Clearance For Kalsa-Bhandura Project - 04.08.2017

Supreme Court has directed Union Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change and State of Karnataka to file affidavits, within one week, as to whether the State has filed an application for forest and environment clearance in relation to Kalsa-Bhandura project in Western Ghats.
