#Selection & Appointment: SC Says 'Procedure Prescribed by Executive Valid If It Not in Conflict' - 02.08.2017

Supreme Court has held that in matter of selection and appointment, instructions pertaining to procedure of selection can be provided by Executive as long as they do not come in conflict with the rules.
