Supreme Court Junks Plea Against Indu Sarkar, UpholdS 'Artistic Freedom', Release Tomorrow - 27.07.2017

Supreme Court has dismissed plea of a woman, who claims to be biological daughter of late Sanjay Gandhi, seeking a stay on the release of the movie ‘Indu Sarkar’. The court held "national interest or right to know is more paramount than an individual's reputation".
