Patent Office Rejects Application for Genentech's Cancer Drug - 28.09.2015

Patent Office, Delhi has rejected patent application of Genentech Inc, a biotechnology corporation, for a treatment with Anti-VEGF Antibodies, a drug which it sells as Avastin, used in treating various types of cancer.
