Delhi High Court: Custodial Violence Won't Be Tolerated - 25.07.2017

Delhi High Court, while directing Tihar Jail authorities to ensure that Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is accused in Election Commission bribery case, is not tortured in custody, has said that Custodial violence will not be tolerated.
