Delhi High Court: Centre Took Steps For Public Grievance Redressal System - 25.07.2017

Delhi High Court, while noting that Centre had taken substantive steps to put in place a system for timely redressal of public grievance in every department of governance, has disposed of a petition seeking direction to Government for providing a citizens’ charter.
