Delhi HC Rejects Jet Airways’ Plea On Rs 2.36-cr Tax Refund on Sky Marshals - 25.07.2017

Delhi High Court has dismissed plea by Jet Airways India Ltd claiming refund of Rs. 2.36 crore of Inland Air Travel Tax (‘IATT’) deposited by it for the period between October 1, 2001, to October 8, 2003, for carrying Sky Marshals.
