CIC Brings Maha Ministers under Ambit of RTI - 28.09.2015

Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of Maharashtra, Ratnakar Gaikwad, has brought offices of all ministers, ministers of state under the ambit of the Right to Information (RTI) Act and directed Maharashtra Govt. to appoint RTI officials and an Appeals Authority in office of each minister.
