Delhi HC Extends Right To Self-Defence to Mother Protecting Kid From Rape - 24.07.2017

Delhi High Court, while extending protection of right of self-defence to a woman protecting her minor daughter from being raped, has acquitted a woman and her male companion sentenced to life for murder.
