Supreme Court: Same Transaction, Separate Prosecution, Sentencing Can Be Concurrent - 24.07.2017

Supreme Court has reiterated the settled legal position with respect to subsequent conviction and its commencement, that courts have power to direct that subsequent sentence shall run concurrently with previous sentence.
