Madras HC Restrains Transport Dept. from Allowing LPG Auto Permit Holders to Purchase Diesel Auto - 20.07.2017

Madras High Court has restrained the Transport Department from invoking the powers conferred on it under Section 83 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and thereby allowing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) autorickshaw permit holders to utilise the same for purchasing and operating diesel autorickshaws.
