NCDRC: Law of Limitation Gives No Extra Time to Govt Bodies - 19.07.2017

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has held that law of limitation does not permit any extra time for government functionaries that must complete administrative procedure of seeking approvals for legal matters within the limitation period.
