#GST: Delhi HC Questions Legality of Centre’s Press Release on GST on Legal Services - 19.07.2017

Delhi HC has asked Centre to clarify “legal sanctity” of press release, wherein it was clarified that legal services provided by an individual Advocate, including a Senior Advocate and a Firm of Advocates, is liable for payment of GST under RCM by business entity.
