Uttarakhand HC: Application For Child’s Custody Under DVA No Embargo to Application Under GWA - 18.07.2017

Uttarakhand High Court has ruled that pendency of an application for child’s custody under Section 23 of Domestic Violence Act cannot create an embargo for consideration of an application under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act.
