Supreme Court: High Court Has No Jurisdiction to Direct Trial Court to Pass Particular Order - 18.07.2017

Supreme Court has observed that High Court has no jurisdiction to issue directions to Trial Court to pass a particular order by either allowing the application or rejecting it.
