NGT Orders SDMC to Clear Cow Dung from Nazafgarh Dairies and to Recover Cost from their Owners - 28.09.2015

NGT has ordered South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to ensure speedy removal of cow dung lying on roadside near milk dairies in Nazafgarh Delhi and directed SDMC to recover entire cost for removal along with transportation of cow dung from dairy owners on 'polluter pays' principle.
