Supreme Court Confirms Air India Engineer Union Head's Termination in Mangalore Crash Case - 28.09.2015

SC has confirmed Air India's decision to terminate from service General Secretary of an Employees' Union, for calling a strike 3 days after crash of an AI plane in Mangalore (now Mangaluru) on May 22, 2010, in which 158 people were killed.
