Rajasthan HC: Disclosure of Rape Victim’s Name in Judgment Doesn’t Allow Disclosure of Same in Media - 17.07.2017

Rajasthan High Court has refused to quash charges levied against a few journalists for disclosing name of a rape victim, refusing to accept their contention that victim’s name had already been revealed in judgment convicting her assailants.
