#GST: Legal Services By Individual Lawyers, Senior Lawyers,Law Firms Liable For GST Under RCM - 17.07.2017

Ministry of Finance has clarified that legal services provided by an individual advocate including a senior advocate and a firm of advocates are liable for payment of GST under reverse charge(RCM) by the business entity.
