Delhi HC: WhatsApp Forward Without Original Can’t Be Treated As Document Under Evidence Act - 17.07.2017

Delhi High Court has held that a document received as a WhatsApp forward does not even qualify as a document in terms of the Evidence Act, 1872, if neither the original nor the copy of the original has been produced.
