#GST: Delhi HC Says 'No Coercive Action Against Lawyers, Law Firms For Non-Compliance With GST' - 14.07.2017

Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to abstain from taking any coercive action against lawyers and law firms for non-compliance with any legal requirement under CGST Act, IGST Act or DGST Act till further clarification is issued by Centre and State in this regard.
