Kerala HC Reserves Order Over Advance Intimation for Transportation of Indian Citizen’s Body - 13.07.2017

Kerala HC has reserved its order in a plea challenging vires of Rule 43 of Aircraft (Public Health) Rules, 1954 which mandates advance intimidation for importation of dead body of Indian citizen from any foreign country.
