Madras High Court Transfers Suicide Case to CB-CID - 28.09.2015

Madras HC has directed transfer of investigation into suicide of a woman within 3 years of her marriage from Kamuthi police in Ramanathapuram district to Crime Branch-Criminal Investigation Department (CB-CID ), as local police had not altered penal provisions even after discovery of suicide note.
