Supreme Court Transfers Narottam Case to Delhi High Court - 13.07.2017

Supreme Court has transferred petition filed by Legislative Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra, challenging the Election Commission’s order disqualifying him from the membership of the Vidhan Sabha to the Delhi High Court.
