Govt Clips Eings of Armed Forces Tribunal in New Rules - 12.07.2017

Union Government has changed rules governing appointment in Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), giving more powers to the Defence Secretary who would now have a role in ordering inquiries against members of the tribunal and their removal.
