SC Questions EC Silence on Barring Convicted Lawmakers for Life from Electoral Politics - 12.07.2017

Supreme Court has pulled up Election Commission for not taking a clear stand on whether lawmakers be barred for life from contesting elections after being convicted in heinous offenses.
