Punjab and Haryana HC Dismisses Minor Rape Survivor's Abortion Plea - 28.09.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC after taking advice from expert panel from Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, has refused to allow abortion to a minor rape survivor from Haryana and asked a premier medical institute from state to provide care to her till her delivery at state's expense.
