Supreme Court: Jobs, Admissions Secured On Invalid Caste/Tribe Certificates Void - 07.07.2017

SC has held that an appointment to a post or admission to an educational institution on the basis that candidate belongs to a reserved category for which benefit is reserved, invalidation of caste or tribe claim upon verification would result in appointment or admission being rendered void.
