SC Asks If Death Penalty is to be Done Away, Then Shouldn't Life Term be Till Death? - 25.09.2015

SC while taking note of push on abolition of death penalty, has asked from legal experts whether abolition of death penalty and limiting life term to 14 years could co-exist.
