SC: NGOs Making Fun of Court by Espousing Cause of Wealthy - 05.07.2017

Supreme Court has imposed a cost of Rs 50,000 on NGO for filing PIL on behalf of 10 Assam-based land owners, whose land was acquired by State for constructing a two-lane road under Special Accelerated Road Development Programme in north-eastern region.
