Kar HC: Can’t Cancel Gift Deed Executed in Favour of Son if No Condition for Maint. Father Mentioned - 06.06.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that the Assistant Commissioner of Senior Citizen Tribunal cannot cancel a gift deed that has been executed by a senior citizen in favour of his son who subsequently sells it, if there is no condition mentioned in the gift deed to maintain the father.
